No Follow development began in 2018, was announced in January 2020, and started releasing on May 06, 2022 -- contrary to claims of having been released worldwide on June 23, 2001, for the SEGA Dreamcast. The 「game」 was produced in response to the evolution of the internet -- "born from the disdain of corporate influence on web design, a failed attempt to make sense of an ideal internet, and an undying enthusiasm for the Oxford comma." Its locations were influenced by "the internet of yore and whatever else" such as forums, art websites, and personal pages indefinitely under construction.

synopsis

In a fictional decade between 1990 and 2000, Seo's days of neglecting her site, Under Construction, come to an end when Spider releases her viruses, intimidating residents of Space into taking down their sites and logging off. Now it's up to Seo and friends to stop Spider's surveillance and site destruction, while Spider's defiant subordinate Wes and mysterious writer Applet plan their escape from Spider's own site.
